The collector introduced AI Claude, a cutting-edge AI assistant known for its reliability and precision. This tool can facilitate the creation of presentations, analyze data in Excel spreadsheets, and generate reports in a matter of minutes. He urged all employees and officials to get acquainted with this innovative technology.
As an illustrative example, the collector mentioned that inputting data related to paddy procurement over the past five years into the system could swiftly provide information about outstanding custom milled rice from millers. He emphasized that tasks that typically require two to three hours could be accomplished in just a few minutes, highlighting how AI technologies could enhance the monitoring of government schemes and improve departmental assessments.
Additionally, he encouraged departments to develop custom mobile applications that cater to their specific needs using AI-driven tools. Officials were tasked with beginning the integration of AI within their respective departments. The collector announced that in the following week, two departments would present how they have been implementing AI technologies in their operations. He underlined that leveraging AI effectively could significantly improve the delivery of government services to the public.
