Chris’s journey in fitness began after his educational pursuits at Plymouth High School and the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). While he initially worked as an operator engineer after studying at the Operating Engineers Local 139 Training School, Chris felt a calling towards personal training. That passion led him to work at FIRE Fitness Camp in Oostburg and, later, as a coach and personal trainer at Rage Fitness from April 2022 to May 2023.
With over 13 years of experience, Chris specialized in functional fitness and strength training, helping youth athletes and community members alike reach their health and fitness goals.

Tragically, Chris Flores passed away in February 2026, leaving a community in mourning.
