AFA Honors USSF Sergeant Momomi Atkinson with the Pitsenbarger Full Measure Award

National Harbor, Md. — The Air & Space Forces Association (AFA) awarded the inaugural A1C William Pitsenbarger Full Measure Award to Sgt. Momomi M. Atkinson, a Guardian with the 68th Cyberspace Squadron at Schriever Space Force Base, Colo. This award honors A1C William Pitsenbarger, who bravely risked his life to save others during combat. The recognition is meant for a Guardian or Airman who exemplifies his legacy of selfless service. The presentation took place at the 2026 Air, Space & Cyber Conference on September 15.
