American Savings Bank Celebrates 100 Years of Service in Hawai‘i
This year, American Savings Bank (ASB) commemorates a century of dedicated service to the residents, businesses, and communities of Hawai‘i. To mark this milestone, ASB has established the ASB Charitable Foundation and launched year-long celebrations starting with a $100,000 donation to local nonprofits chosen by its employees and voted on by the public.

$3 Million Raised: The Kahiau Teammate Giving Program has enabled substantial funding for local nonprofits with impressive participation rates since its inception in 2011.

$1.6 Million for Young Entrepreneurs: Through the KeikiCo Competition, ASB awards prize money for outstanding student business plans that address community needs.

$100 Million in Affordable Housing: The This is HOME program has empowered hundreds of families to achieve homeownership in Hawai‘i.

$1 Million for Aala Park: ASB has enhanced the park with recreational activities and events, fostering a vibrant community space.
