Bloom’s Kosher Announces Reimbursement Program for Jewish Educators
Bloom’s Kosher has launched a new grant initiative aimed at reimbursing eligible Jewish teachers, known as Morahs and Rabbeim, for classroom treats and snacks purchased from its family of brands, which includes Bloom’s, Oneg, and Sizgit.
The program aims to support educators who often spend their own funds on classroom rewards and snacks to enhance their students’ learning experiences. Sholom Rabin, the CEO of Bloom’s Kosher, stated that the initiative is designed to recognize the dedication of these educators, while also bolstering local supermarkets that carry their products.

- Eligibility: Educators must be verified as active Morahs or Rabbeim in Jewish schools.
- Application Process: Interested teachers can apply online and will be notified of their grant amount if approved.
- Reimbursement Model: Once approved, educators can purchase eligible products from local supermarkets and will be reimbursed upon submitting receipts and required documentation.
- Pilot Initiative: Hundreds of grants are expected to be awarded in the first year, with some applicants placed on a waitlist for future rounds as the program expands.
