Mindbodygreen is recalling specific multivitamin products due to non-compliance with child-resistant packaging standards.
The recall pertains to Mindbodygreen’s Ultimate Multivitamin+ dietary supplement bottles, which contain iron and are required by law to use child-resistant packaging according to the Poison Prevention Packaging Act.
If a child can access these multivitamins, they risk serious injury or even death from poisoning.
Approximately 148,370 units of the affected multivitamins are included in this recall, which was announced by the company in collaboration with the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) on January 29.

The affected multivitamin products were sold from November 2021 to November 2025, priced between $40 and $70 depending on the subscription plan.
The Mindbodygreen Ultimate Multivitamin+ is packaged in eight-ounce amber glass bottles with black caps, each containing 60 capsules.
The CPSC advises consumers impacted by the recall to immediately store the recalled bottles out of children’s reach and to contact Mindbodygreen for a free, child-resistant replacement cap. Consumers can continue to use the supplements as directed once they are safely secured.

According to the CPSC’s recall information, there have been no reported incidents or injuries associated with this recall.
One of the UPC codes included in the recall is 850027975177, which covers products with manufacturing dates from September 2021 through February 2024.

The other UPC code involved is 850027975429, with manufacturing dates ranging from May 2024 to March 2025.
The Mindbodygreen website offers a recall page providing the specific lot numbers for the affected UPC codes, helping consumers check if their purchased product falls under this recall.
