2026 Best Companies to Work For in New Hampshire

Business NH Magazine has announced the winners of its 2026 Best Companies to Work For in New Hampshire, recognizing 22 businesses for their exemplary workplace cultures and employee engagement initiatives. Additionally, ten companies have been inducted into the Hall of Fame for their consistent performance in this competition.
For nearly three decades, Business NH Magazine has honored companies that prioritize their employees’ well-being, believing that satisfied workers translate to increased productivity. Hall of Fame Inductees:
To be inducted into the Hall of Fame, companies must appear on the Best Companies to Work For list in four out of five consecutive years. This year, seven companies were inducted, with three being recognized for a second consecutive year:

Competition Process:
The process for determining the winners involved an extensive employer survey on benefits and workplace practices, alongside an employee engagement survey administered by The Employee Engagement Group. Results from these assessments were pivotal in selecting the winners. A special focus group session and facility tours were also conducted by business and HR executives to evaluate the top 12 companies more closely.
Celebration Event:
To honor the 2026 winners, Business NH Magazine will host Breakfast with The Best on September 22. This event will include a panel of Hall of Fame representatives and CultureFest: 2026, featuring small group discussions on workplace topics.
