GoodLife Fitness Launches Nationwide Marketing Campaign to Redefine Fitness in 2026

LONDON, ON, Jan. 28, 2026 /CNW/ – GoodLife Fitness, Canada’s largest chain of fitness clubs, introduced its new marketing campaign, titled ‘Canada’s Gym. Built Here, Built for Everyone.‘. This campaign signifies a bold shift from the previously popular ‘Canada’s Gym’ platform, reflecting the evolving landscape of fitness in Canada. Today, many are seeking varied, flexible, and inclusive environments that support diverse wellness journeys.

With the tagline ‘One gym. Every journey. Limitless possibilities.’, the campaign anchors itself to a noticeable trend: today’s fitness enthusiasts are no longer tied to a single form of exercise. They are blending activities such as weightlifting, functional training, cycling, and yoga to create a holistic fitness experience.

This initiative emphasizes GoodLife Fitness’ extensive array of amenities, encouraging members to discover fitness on their own terms. With plans to open 14 additional locations this year, including two dedicated ‘For Women’ clubs, members can expect even more value from their memberships.

“Fitness journeys aren’t one-size-fits-all, and neither are our gyms,” shares Tammy Brazier, senior vice president of marketing, partnerships, and external relations at GoodLife Fitness. “This campaign celebrates the freedom to move differently each day. Whether you’re lifting heavy, recovering, joining a hot Pilates class, or preparing for a HYROX race, you can evolve over time. The possibilities are endless.”

Collaborating with award-winning director Alexander Sworik and photographer Nicole De Khors, GoodLife’s campaign was filmed at their expansive 60,000 sq. ft. Calgary Creekside location, featuring real GoodLife members and employees.

The campaign debuted on January 1, 2026, and will extend throughout the year. Its advertising strategy encompasses connected TV, digital video, social media, and out-of-home advertising. Market-specific adaptations will feature local program highlights, bringing the message of diversity and opportunity to audiences in relevant ways.

Additionally, GoodLife Fitness will launch an ongoing social media docuseries titled ‘Real Members. Real Stories.’ This engaging content will be showcased on GoodLife’s Instagram and TikTok platforms.

“‘Canada’s Gym’ breaks through the New Year fitness noise,” states Brazier. “This campaign reinforces GoodLife’s reputation as the most inclusive Canadian fitness brand—designed to support every fitness journey, all under one roof.”
