In addition to enhancing the floor, they revamped the climbing walls. New features like auto-belay systems and varied bouldering walls were introduced, ensuring that climbers encounter fresh challenges with rotating holds that are often updated. “Every week, our team changes the holds to keep things exciting for both new customers and long-time members,” she added.

However, Tedrow remained optimistic, noting that as restrictions eased, people were eager to return. “Once the pandemic was over, we saw a resurgence of interest and participation,” she said.
