Vertyx Introduces AI-Driven Retention Tools for Service Platform

In today’s competitive mortgage landscape, monitoring borrower engagement and optimizing service delivery is vital. To address this need, a new tool has emerged that leverages a unique combination of indicators to identify mortgages within a servicing portfolio that may need additional attention. This tool allows servicing and retention teams to launch outreach initiatives across various borrower touchpoints, including online portals and monthly statements.

The platform actively tracks engagement at the offer level, monitoring key metrics such as digital views and clicks to provide a comprehensive overview of borrower interest.

Borrowers can access tailored offers via Vertyx’s borrower portal, which presents messages customized for each individual loan. This feature is particularly beneficial for borrowers who have multiple mortgages, as it allows them to view pertinent information for each loan separately.

On the investment front, the Borrower Relationship Management feature employs artificial intelligence–driven analytics to evaluate a mortgage’s return and risk profile. This includes assessing changes in loan performance and potential delinquency scenarios.

Investors benefit from the ability to analyze portfolio-level trends and scrutinize individual loans, including details like payment history and cash flow, according to the company.
