24 Hours of Eating Like NFL Players

Ultimately, this challenge taught me a valuable lesson about mindful eating. The food I consume should have a purpose. As someone who spends most of the day at a desk, it’s all too easy to indulge in mindless snacking. By focusing on the reasons behind my food choices, I can better control those urges.

It’s also worth noting that these athletes benefit from the support of a dedicated team that prepares meals and monitors their nutritional intake. I’d certainly eat well too if someone was serving me a 32-ounce steak every Saturday!
