Happy Friday, everyone! Finding the motivation to exercise isn’t always easy, and neither is prepping healthy meals or managing stress. Today, I’d like to share some of my favorite fitness and health blogs that inspire me whenever I need a boost. Here’s a list of blogs that can provide you with motivation and encouragement!

1. Neilarey.com

Neila’s website is nothing short of amazing. If you appreciate visual content, you’re going to love her stunning workout posters created with minimal equipment required. Neila also covers topics like nutrition and motivation, all free of charge. Her workouts are easy to follow for all fitness levels, and all posters are available in high-resolution for printing. I’m really looking forward to her upcoming YouTube videos!

2. Green Kitchen Stories

David and Luise, the duo behind Green Kitchen Stories, offer a delightful food blog filled with healthy vegetarian recipes, even including their own cookbook! From breakfast and brunch ideas to soups, salads, cakes, and desserts, there’s something for everyone. You don’t have to be a vegetarian to appreciate the delicious and healthy dishes. With breathtaking photos and straightforward instructions, Green Kitchen Stories is utterly inspiring and a joy to explore.

3. Life by DailyBurn

This blog aims to help individuals lead more active and fulfilling lives. Offering healthier versions of your favorite foods as well as daily workouts and insightful guides, Life by DailyBurn equips you with the necessary tools for transitioning to a healthier lifestyle.

4. Myfitnesspal.com/blog

Many of you may already be familiar with myfitnesspal.com. I’ve used their app for years, thanks to a recommendation from my college nutrition professor. Beyond being a free calorie counter and food diary, their blog features articles by nutritionists, fitness experts, and sports journalists. Covering topics such as fitness, nutrition, mental well-being, and motivation, their articles offer a wealth of valuable information.

5. Tinybuddha.com

Healthy living isn’t just about exercise and diet; a positive mindset is equally important. That’s where Tinybuddha.com comes in. If you often feel anxious, struggle with negative moods, or wish to cultivate a more peaceful life, I highly recommend visiting this blog. We live in a fast-paced world, and we need to take time to reflect on what truly matters. Tiny Buddha offers answers to many significant life questions, serving as “simple wisdom for complex lives.”

If you know of any other blogs that resonate with these, I’d love to hear your recommendations in the comments below!
