This June was pivotal for me as I had to put my own advice into practice, especially regarding the How to Deal with Feeling Overwhelmed post. Encountering a week where I couldn’t get any work done was quite a challenge. I found myself buried under a mountain of emails and unfinished tasks. Yet, there was a silver lining in being able to pause—now, I’m itching to get back to my routine.
